David Beckham has been crowned The Sexiest Man on the Planet 2012.

The footballing legend, dad-of-four and home-grown superhero proved he’s still got the phwoar-factor by taking the top spot in heat magazine’s inaugural 101 Hottest Hunks in the World list 2012.

Heart Foundation backs new Stayin’ Alive promo

Hands-only CPR, to the steady dancefloor rhythms of the Bee Gees’ Stayin’ Alive, could mean the difference between life and death to a cardiac arrest victim.

That’s according to the Irish Heart Foundation (IHF) who have endorsed a new UK television advertising campaign, featuring tough-guy Vinnie Jones performing hands-only chest compressions to the soundtrack of the Gibbs’ disco classic.

The high-profile British Heart Foundation advert is aimed at tackling myths about CPR, with fears about the ‘kiss of life’ and lack of awareness about chest compressions meaning that two thirds of cardiac arrest victims do not receive effective first aid assistance from bystanders.
